科技中介机构在促进科技产业进步和国家经济发展等方面起着重要作用。改革开放以来,我国科技中介机构虽然有了很大发展,但还存在不少问题。建立高效的科技中介机构运行机制,需要构建科技中介机构系统内部高度协同的良性运行机制,建立行业内部科学的管理机制;建立健全外部支撑保障机制。

Technological agencies play an important role in accelerating the progress of the science and technology industry and the economic growth of the state.Since the reform and opening-up,the technological agencies in China have been making great progress,but still with lots of problems.To establish effective operational mechanisms for technological agencies,we need to set up sound internal operational mechanisms within these agencies,scientific administration mechanisms for the industry,as well as external supporting mechanisms.
