我国新的社会阶层的成长壮大,必然会对我国政党制度的完善和发展提出新的要求。应适应社会结构的变化,把新的社会阶层的政治诉求纳入到多党合作的制度框架中来。民主党派发展新的社会阶层中的代表性人士,有利于扩大我国政党制度的开放性和包容性,开发我国政党制度的政治功能。应研究和完善民主党派组织发展的有关政策,使民主党派在开展对新的社会阶层代表性人士的工作中,进一步发挥积极作用。

The growth of new social strata in China will definitely require for improvement and development of the political party system.We must adapt to the changes of social structure,and integrate the political demands of the new social strata into the multi-party cooperation system.The Democratic Parties attracting the representative individuals in the new social strata will help to increase the openness and inclusiveness of the political party system,and develop its political functions.We need to study and improve the policies related to the organizational development of Democratic Parties,so that the Democratic Parties can play more positive roles in the work related to the representative individuals of the new social strata.
